Welcome to KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online order forms, products, services, local delivery, pickup, and related communications. By placing an order, submitting an event request, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may operate as a local food, kimchi, and community-based marketplace platform. Some products may be prepared directly by KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi, while future products may be offered by approved local sellers or partners.
Our main products include fresh and fermented kimchi products, including but not limited to Kimchi36, Kimchi48, Kimchi72, and other seasonal or special event items.
Kimchi is a naturally fermented food. Flavor, sourness, texture, color, gas formation, brine level, and fermentation speed may vary depending on ingredients, storage temperature, delivery timing, and natural fermentation activity.
Product photos are for general reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
Most KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi products are made-to-order or prepared in small batches. Orders may require advance notice.
We may limit order quantities, delivery areas, pickup times, event participation, or product availability at our discretion.
Submitting an order form does not always mean the order is finally confirmed. An order may be confirmed after product availability, delivery or pickup availability, and payment status are reviewed.
Prices are listed on the website or order form and may change without prior notice.
Payment methods may include Zelle, cash, card payment, or other approved payment methods depending on availability. When Zelle is used, customers must send payment to the payment email or account specified by KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi.
Unless otherwise stated, an order may not be considered confirmed until payment is received or payment arrangements are accepted by KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi.
For Zelle payments, customers should include the order number, customer name, or phone number in the memo when possible.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong email address, phone number, or recipient account.
Zelle payments are generally sent directly between bank accounts. Customers should carefully verify the recipient before sending payment.
If Zelle payment is offered, the correct payment information will be displayed on the website, order confirmation page, invoice, or direct communication from KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi.
Because Zelle payments may not be easily reversed, customers should not send payment until they are ready to complete the order.
Pickup orders must be collected during the scheduled pickup time and location.
Customers are responsible for picking up the correct order with their name, order number, or label.
Because kimchi is a perishable food product, customers should refrigerate the product as soon as possible after pickup.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed pickup, improper storage, or failure to refrigerate the product after pickup.
Local delivery may be available only within designated areas and scheduled delivery windows.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions.
If the address is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or if the customer cannot be reached, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, cancelled, or treated as completed depending on the circumstances.
For gift delivery or drop-off orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient information.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may use delivery photos, delivery notes, or status records to confirm delivery.
At this time, fresh kimchi products may be limited to local pickup or local delivery unless otherwise stated.
If shipping becomes available in the future, additional shipping terms, packaging rules, delivery timelines, temperature control notices, and carrier limitations may apply.
Because many products are prepared in small batches or made-to-order, cancellation or change requests must be made as early as possible.
Once preparation has started, an order may not be cancellable or refundable.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may approve, deny, or partially approve cancellation or change requests depending on timing, product type, and preparation status.
Due to the perishable and fermented nature of kimchi and other food products, returns are generally not accepted.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if there is a clear issue caused by KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi, such as the wrong item, missing item, or product condition issue reported promptly after pickup or delivery.
Customers must contact us as soon as possible and may be asked to provide photos, order details, and product condition information.
Taste preference, natural fermentation changes, sourness level, gas formation, or delayed refrigeration after pickup or delivery generally do not qualify for a refund.
Kimchi must be refrigerated after pickup or delivery unless otherwise instructed.
Because kimchi continues to ferment, customers should open containers carefully. Gas pressure may build up naturally during fermentation.
Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and refrigeration after the product is received.
Do not consume the product if the container is damaged, the product appears unsafe, or there is any concern about spoilage beyond normal fermentation characteristics.
Our products may contain or be prepared around common allergens or sensitive ingredients, including but not limited to fish sauce, shellfish-based ingredients, soy, sesame, wheat, garlic, ginger, red pepper powder, and other ingredients.
Customers with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns should contact us before ordering.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi does not guarantee that products are free from cross-contact with allergens unless specifically stated in writing.
Ingredient information may be provided on product labels, website descriptions, or upon request.
Product labels, if provided, may include product name, ingredients, net quantity, business information, storage instructions, and other information as required or appropriate.
Customers are responsible for reading labels, storage instructions, and any notices provided with the product.
Kimchi is a traditional fermented food. Any statements about fermentation, probiotics, digestion, wellness, or nutrition are for general informational purposes only.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers with medical conditions, pregnancy, immune concerns, sodium restrictions, food allergies, or dietary limitations should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming fermented foods.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may offer special events, free gift campaigns, coupons, discounts, or promotional items.
Event participation may be limited by quantity, location, date, eligibility, or availability.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may modify, limit, cancel, or close any event or promotion at any time.
Free gift items, promotional items, and event products may not be exchangeable for cash.
By submitting an order, event request, or inquiry, customers may receive order-related communications by phone, SMS, or email.
These communications may include order confirmation, pickup instructions, delivery updates, payment reminders, event notices, or customer service follow-up.
Where promotional SMS messages are offered, customers may opt out by following the instructions provided, such as replying STOP where applicable.
Message and data rates may apply.
Customers agree to provide accurate name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and payment information.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may use customer information to process orders, arrange pickup or delivery, confirm payment, communicate with customers, and improve services.
We do not sell customer information to advertisers.
Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false orders, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may refuse service, cancel orders, block access, or take appropriate action if misuse, fraud, abuse, or safety concerns are suspected.
KimchiPlus may in the future allow approved sellers, local producers, or partners to offer products through the platform.
Seller participation, product approval, payment handling, labeling, delivery, and customer service responsibilities may be subject to separate seller agreements.
Until a seller is formally approved, no third party may represent that they are an authorized KimchiPlus seller.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi and Ceppee Inc. are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, delayed pickup, delayed delivery, customer storage issues, incorrect customer information, third-party payment errors, or product changes caused by natural fermentation.
Our responsibility, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or order at issue.
Products, delivery times, pickup times, prices, and promotions may change based on ingredient availability, production capacity, weather, staffing, transportation, technical issues, or other business conditions.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may refuse or cancel an order if fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be handled in a reasonable manner and, where necessary, through the appropriate courts or dispute resolution procedures available in New York.
KimchiPlus / Super Kimchi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be posted on the website with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
